Welcome!

When you purchase my handmade items, you are in essence adopting one of my kids.  I put my heart and soul into each item that I create, and I sincerely hope that you enjoy my pieces as much as I enjoy bring them to life.

Payment:

From my website, I accept payments exclusively through PayPal.  If you purchase items from me in person, I accept cash, domestic checks, and credit cards (Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover).

Shipping:

Your item will be packaged carefully, and taken to the post office within 3 days of purchase.

Domestic:

For items to be sent within the USA, I ship using USPS Priority Mail.  You should receive your item within 3 days of shipping.  I will provide you with a tracking number via email.

International:

For items to be sent outside of the USA, I ship using International First Class Mail.  Delivery times vary widely depending on the destination of the package.  I will not be responsible for lost packages. Customs fees and any additional taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns:

I want you to be delighted with your purchase, and I will put forth my best effort to insure that this happens.  In the event that you are not completely satisfied, I will accept returns within 7 days of receipt of your order.  Items must be returned in their original packaging, in original condition.  Upon receipt of the returned items, I will refund their base purchase price.  Shipping costs will not be refunded, and the cost of shipping to return the items will be covered by you.

Custom Orders:

Yes, sometimes I take custom orders.  “Sometimes” is because there are times when other commitments keep me from doing custom work.  And I use the term “custom” loosely, as I always take artistic license as I see fit.  If there’s something you’d like, and don’t see it available on my site, contact me and we’ll discuss.  When I take on a custom order, I don’t require up-front payment, and I will send pictures prior to the actual sale so that you can give a thumbs up or down.  I’ve never had a custom order rejected or returned yet!
